Samsung → Samsung Introduced M80 SATA and M80 2.5-Inch Drives

Samsung today announced new M80 SATA, and M80 2.5-inch laptop hard drive series. Both series utilize Perpendicular Magnetic Recording (PMR) technology, an optional free-fall sensors and up to 160GB of storage capacity.
The M80 SATA Series features the 80GB HM080HI, the 120GB HM120II and 160GB HM160JI hard drives. The M80 (PATA) Series includes the 80GB HM080HC, the 120GB HM120IC and the 160GB HM160JC HDDs. The announced hard drives feature an 8MB of onboard data cache and 5,400rpm spindle speed.
Samsung → Samsung Q40, the ultra with DMB, HSDPA and WiBRO

Samsung offered in Korea the Q40, an ultra portable with a 12.1” display, 23.8mm thick and only weighing 1.1kg. The Q40 has ceased to exist, here's now the Q40. It has the same case, but also includes now a DMB TV tuner, HSDPA and WiBRO.

Samsung now offers an HD-DVD notebook, with a Core Duo T25000, a 17” display with a 1920x1200 resolution, a nice GeForce 7600 graphic card (GDDR3 256MB), an HDMI output, S/PDIF, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, SRS 3D… and of course an HD-DVD player.
