Toshiba → Toshiba Fuel Cell-Powered Devices on Display

Fuel cells are seen as the next big thing in automotive propulsion and consumer electronics and the technology is being continually refined on a daily basis. We've already seen that Honda was able to make the fuel cell stack in its FCX Concept Car 20% smaller and 30% lighter than the previous generation while also boosting power output. Likewise, we are seeing similar improvements in fuel cell designs for notebooks and consumer electronic devices.
With all the fervor surrounding the numerous recalls of Sony-manufactured batteries, many customers are asking if there's better way to power our mobile workstations. Toshiba showed off prototype fuel cell systems for notebook computers back in early June. The admittedly bulky "dock" unit had the ability to power a Portege notebook for 10 hours. At the time, the company was also showing pre-commercial versions of a smaller "flat-bed" style fuel cell that mounted under the laptop.
Toshiba → Toshiba Satellite M115 Laptops Announced

Toshiba today announced its new 14.1-inch widescreen Satellite M115 laptops. The Toshiba Satellite M115 notebooks feature 5400 rpm SATA hard disk drives, and maximum 2GB of DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM memory. There are various Satellite M115 configurations. The M115-S1061, M115-S1064 and M115-S1071, as same as the M115-S3094, M115-S3154 and M115-S3104 are listed on the Toshiba Direct web site.
The first group of Toshiba Satellite M115 notebooks are the M115-S1061, M115-S1064 and M115-S1071, based on ATI Radeon Xpress 200M Chipset. These laptops have battery life of up to 2.08 hours.
Toshiba → Toshiba R25-S3513 Satellite Laptop

One of the latest additions from the Digital Products Division (DPD) of Toshiba America is the Toshiba R25-S3513 convertible notebook featuring the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. With the R25-S3513, you can either use it as a conventional notebook with traditional keyboard or simply rotate and fold the screen down to use it as a tablet PC. A digitizer pen included can be used to handwrite notes, draw, edit copy or write e-mail and many other operations.

Toshiba Satellite A105-S4344, featuring Intel Core 2 Duo (Merom) processor T5500 (1.66GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB) and a new Onyx Blue Metallic color, is announced today. The new laptop in Toshiba’s Satellite 15.4-inch widescreen A105 series has 200GB SATA hard drive spinning at 4200rpm and 2048MB DDR2 SDRAM memory.
