Lenovo’s recently announced refreshed Thinkpad notebooks are now available for purchase in the USA through company’s website. The 14.1-inch and 15.4-inch ThinkPad Z, R, T series, as same as the 12.1-inch X series are now configurable with Intel Core 2 Duo (codenamed Merom) processors.
The Lenovo Thinkpads are also updated with the support for the forthcoming wireless 802.11n standard, along with the latest security features on select models.

Laptops → Hitachi 250GB and 200GB 7200 Laptop Hard Drives Coming in 2007
Hitachi has unveiled its laptop-use hard drive product strategy for 2007, announcing 200GB 2.5-inch TravelStar spinning at 7200rpm and a 250GB 5400rpm unit. Two Travelstars will become available in the first and second half of 2007, respectively.
